MFA Sign-On Instructions

To sign into an application using MFA:

1. Enter your user name (email) and password
2. Accept the system’s terms of use and click “sign in”
3. On the next page, confirm the email associated with your account and click “send email”
4. Check your email for a sign in code
5. Enter the code and click “verify”
