Customer Service Center (CSC)
Program participants can receive assistance with program questions, problems, and system issues by calling (888) 203-8100 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
E-Rate Productivity Center (EPC)
Program participants can also receive assistance through EPC by filing a customer service case. New users should call CSC at the number above to set up a new user account.
How to Create a Customer Service Case in EPC:
- Log in to One Portal to access EPC.
- Select the Contact Us link from the upper right menu on your landing page.
