E-File Login Problems
Q1: Why am I locked out of E-File?
A1:
After five attempts to log in to E-File, you will be locked out of the system for security reasons.
From the E-File login screen, select ‘Forgot Password’ and enter the requested information to request a new password be sent to the user ID/email registered.
Q2: I lost my password to E-File. What do I do?
A2:
Select the link for “Forgot Password” from the E-File login screen, then enter the required information. An email will be sent to your email address with instructions for resetting your password online.
