Linking Representatives File Upload Template
Use the Linking Representatives File Upload Template to link a Representative ID to an existing user account.

- Download the National Verifier NLAD Input Template and NV Field Names and Descriptions from the NLAD Subscriber Management page.
Reports
The “Linked Representatives Report” is available in the NLAD staging environment and the production environment. Once Representative IDs are successfully linked to accounts, this report will provide information about the representatives associated with the ETC Administrator’s or Form 497 Officer’s SPINs. A user guide for the report can also be found in both environments.
