The term “complaints” is used to refer to any formal complaints filed with state regulatory commissions or the FCC.
Q23: If we have no complaints to report, do we still need to populate a “0” in Line 420?
A23:
If a carrier indicates that mobile voice is offered, Line 420 will appear. If you have no complaints, you should populate this field with a “0.”
