Directives for Managers

To maintain employee engagement, we encourage teams to utilize WebEx to meet at least once a week.

Contractor Management

USAC Procurement will notify vendors if our offices at One Metro Center are closed.

All USAC contractors are required to take their laptops home each day.

Telework is permitted through March 31, 2020.

Contractors are required to contact their USAC manager and Vendor Lead via email daily with their status, including start and stop time.

Managers have the right to discontinue a contractor’s telework and take the appropriate actions due to a lack of performance.

We will conduct any scheduled contractor candidate interviews via WebEx.

USAC has postponed new contractor start dates until April 1, 2020.

Contact Procurement with any additional questions.
