USAC will offer a series of National Verifier training sessions and office hours to help service providers prepare to use the National Verifier.

October 8, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	Consumer Advocate Training This training provides a high-level overview of how consumer advocates can support consumers as they transition to the National Verifier. This training is open to all consumer advocates.	Register
October 14, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Reverification Training – June 2019 Launch This training provides a high-level overview of the reverification process. Only service providers in the June 2019 launch should attend this training.	Register
October 15, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Recertification Training – March 2019 LaunchThis training provides a high-level overview of the recertification process. Only service providers in the March 2019 launch should attend this training.	Register
October 17, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Carrier API Training — Phase 2This training will provide an overview of the dispute resolution workflow within the National Verifier Carrier API.	Register
October 21, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Office Hours 1 – June 2019 Launch This training focuses on the National Verifier full launch for service providers in the June 2019 launch. This training is open to all service providers who are currently in the National Verifier.	Register
October 22, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Training 1 – October 2019 Launch This training introduces newcomers to the National Verifier. Trainees will learn more about what the National Verifier is, the difference between a soft launch and full launch, and what they should do to prepare. Only service providers in the October 2019 launch should attend this training.	Register
October 24, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Office Hours 2 – June 2019 Launch This training focuses on the National Verifier full launch for service providers in the June 2019 launch. This training is open to all service providers who are currently in the National Verifier.	Register
October 31, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Training 2 – October 2019 Launch This training provides a high-level system overview of the National Verifier. Trainees will learn more about the National Verifier system, recertification/reverification and all of the available resources. Only service providers in the October 2019 launch should attend this training.	Register
November 5, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Training 3 – October 2019 Launch This training provides a high-level overview of the application submission process through the National Verifier, submitting paper applications and eligibility checking. Only service providers in the October 2019 launch should attend this training.	Register
November 12, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Office Hours 1 – October 2019 Launch This training focuses on instructions and questions for service providers in the October 2019 launch so that service providers can effectively utilize the soft launch period. Only service providers in the October 2019 launch should attend this training.	Register
November 14, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Training 4 – October 2019 Launch This training focuses on the processes to correct eligibility errors in the National Verifier and document submission. Trainees will learn all of the potential errors they may encounter and how to resolve them. Only service providers in the October 2019 launch should attend this training.	Register
November 19, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Training 5 – October 2019 Launch This training focuses on how to effectively utilize the National Verifier pre-production environment and update consumer addresses in NLAD using the National Verifier workflow for service providers in the October 2019 launch. Only service providers in October 2019 launch should attend this training.	Register
November 21, 2019 3:00 – 4:00 PM ET	National Verifier Training 6 – October 2019 LaunchThis training provides a high-level overview of program rules and how service providers can work with consumers without the service provider portal. This training is open to all service providers who only user paper or consumer portal processes.	Register
