Eligibility

Before enrolling a consumer in the Lifeline Program, service providers must have an approved eligibility decision. In states and territories where the National Verifier has fully launched, service providers must use the National Verifier to determine consumer eligibility. In states and territories where the National Verifier has not yet launched, service providers may continue to use their legacy processes.
