USAC’s December Tribal Teleconference covered how survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and related crimes can apply for Lifeline. The Lifeline Survivor Benefit is a critical resource under the Safe Connections Act (SCA) that provides emergency Lifeline access for qualifying survivors. During this training, we provided step-by-step guidance on how survivors can apply for the benefit online and go over resources developed to help with the application process.
