Process Server Instruction

Attention Process Servers: All legal paperwork must go to the Universal Service Administrative Company’s (USAC) agent for Service of Process – CT Corporations System, located at 1015 15th Street N.W., Suite 1000, Washington, DC 20005.

CT Corporations System is the only party authorized to accept service upon USAC; no other persons are authorized to accept service. Do not leave documents with personnel located in the USAC lobby.

Please be advised that, in accordance with any applicable law, USAC does not accept documents served via electronic means without prior written approval.
