RFP IT-26-073 – Enterprise Cybersecurity and Monitoring Services

The Universal Service Administrative Company (“USAC”) is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide Enterprise Cybersecurity and Monitoring Services as described in the following solicitation.

Due to the number of questions received, USAC requires additional time to provide a thorough response to each question and has extended the Q&A release date to Thursday, May 21, 2026 by 12:00 PM ET. In addition, due to confidentiality of some of the answers, USAC will send the Q&A document to offerors. Interested offerors who haven’t signed USAC’s NDA must complete Attachment 2: Confidentiality Agreement and submit to Procurement@usac.org with a copy to Anthony.Smith@usac.org to receive the Q&A document.

USAC reserves the right to post additional information concerning this procurement and modify the request and/or one or more of the dates listed above, and in such event, it will post a notice to the USAC website. Contractors are responsible for regularly checking the USAC website for notices concerning this procurement. USAC is not responsible for notifying any contractor of the existence of such notices or the results of a contractor failing to check the website to obtain such notices.
