The Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program team is here to help you every step of the way. 

Client Service Bureau (CSB)

Program participants can receive assistance with program questions, problems, and system issues by calling (888) 203-8100 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.

E-rate Productivity Center (EPC)

Program participants can also receive assistance through EPC by filing a customer service case. New users should call CSB at the number above to set up a new user account.

How to Create a Customer Service Case in EPC:
    1. Log in to EPC.
    2. Select the Contact Us link from the upper right menu on your landing page.
