This fall, join USAC for a training focused on applicants or service providers who participate in the Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program. The training will cover beginner and advanced topics for the targeted audience.
Register early! Space is limited. The applicant trainings present the same information in all cities, so please select only one. Registration is complimentary.
Here are the dates and locations of the trainings. Each training is comprised of an optional half-day beginner session that runs from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM followed by a full-day multi-tract session that runs from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Unable to travel to one of the locations below? USAC will offer an online version of the 2018 training by the end of the year.

Transportation & Parking: USAC is centrally located in downtown Washington, DC directly above the Metro Center Station (Red, Orange, Blue, and Silver lines) and just a short walk from the Gallery Place Chinatown Station (Green and Yellow lines. Parking is available, for a fee, in numerous parking garages in or around the building. All attendees must have a state or federally issued ID and must enter through the 700 12th Street entrance.

Transportation & Parking: Harper College is located in Chicago’s Northwest suburb of Palatine, IL, just 16 miles from O’Hare International Airport. The closet public transportation is the Metra Palatine: Union Pacific Northwest Line or the Pace Suburban Bus Route 696 to Harper. Free parking is available in Lot 14 located adjacent to the Conference Center. If Lot 14 is full, there is additional parking in Lot 10, 11 and 12, marked by yellow parking stripes. Transportation & Parking: The Sacramento, CA training will take place at two facilities conveniently located across the street from one another. Day one will take place at the California Department of Education and day two will take place at the California Department of General Services East End Complex. Parking is available, for a fee, in numerous parking garages around the buildings. All attendees must have a state or federally issued ID. Transportation & Parking: Creighton University is located in downtown Omaha, NE. Metro Transit Omaha Bus 24 drops off at the corner of California and 24th Streets. Complimentary parking for the Harper Center is available in the visitor's lot on the south side of the building, just off 20th Street between Burt and Cass Streets. Additional parking is on the top deck of the law school parking structure, the Lied Education Center for the Arts visitor's lot at 23rd and Cass Streets and the top deck of the 24th and California parking structure. Transportation & Parking: Georgia Tech Research Institute Conference Center is located in downtown Atlanta, GA. Public transportation options include the 14 Bus (14th and Barnes Street) and the MARTA Arts Center Transit Station (15 minute walk). Event parking for GTRI is provided in the E70 Parking Deck. All event parking patrons are required to follow the rules and regulations listed below as well as those issued by Georgia Tech Parking and Transportation Services.
Long-term visitors parking is defined as parking in E70 for more than four (4) hours. Long-term visitors must display a dash pass in their vehicles. To request a visitor's dash pass for long-term visitors, please email the USAC Training Team with your name and if you need a pass for November 28th, 29th, or both days. Short-term visitors parking is defined as parking in E70 for four (4) hours or less. Short-term visitors do not need dash passes. Short-term visitors may park in the designated visitors parking spaces located on level 2. If all short-term spaces are taken, short-term visitors may park in any space, but must display a dash pass
