2015 & 2016 Lifeline Orders

In June 2015, the FCC made changes to the Lifeline Program in the 2015 Lifeline Reform Order. All of the changes from this order become effective on various dates in 2016. This year, in March 2016, the FCC made additional changes to the program in the 2016 Lifeline Modernization Order. These changes will begin to affect carriers this year.
