National Verifier March 2019 Launch

The National Verifier is available for service providers in Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan.

These states will soft launch on Tuesday, March 12. During the soft launch period, service providers in these states have the option to use the National Verifier to check consumers’ Lifeline eligibility or to use their legacy eligibility methods.

General Reverification

Reverification is the one-time process to ensure that all Lifeline subscribers meet the program's eligibility requirements. This process will begin soon for consumers in the March 2019 launch. USAC will share detailed information about reverification groups and timelines before the process begins.

Recertification

Service providers in the March 2019 launch are not to start any new 2019 recertification batches for consumers in these states. Any recertification batches that are already underway must be completed.
