The Representative Accountability Database (RAD) will launch in late June. Beginning in late June, the RAD Adoption Period will open, allowing representatives who perform Lifeline enrollments and other related transactions to register for their representative ID. USAC asks that service providers inform their representatives of this requirement.

Following the RAD Adoption Period:
Before RAD is fully implemented in fourth quarter, all representatives will need to bring their Representative IDs to every service provider that they perform Lifeline transaction for. More information on how service providers link Representative IDs to representatives' NLAD and National Verifier accounts will be included in the July 2019 monthly webinar. Service providers will be given ample time to test this process before they are required to begin linking the Representative IDs to the representatives’ NLAD and National Verifier accounts.
