Contributor Form Filing Deadlines

The FCC Forms 499-A/Q filing schedule for the calendar year 2018 is located here

All intrastate, interstate, and international providers of telecommunications (including VoIP providers) within the United States, with limited exceptions, are legally obligated to file the FCC Forms 499. Not sure if you must file? Check out our Who Must File page to find out.


Upcoming Deadlines:

FCC Form 499-Q is due February 1, 2018.
FCC Form 499-A is due April 2, 2018.

First Quarter 2018 Contribution Factor Increase to 19.5 Percent

The FCC released a Public Notice (DA 17-1203) announcing that the proposed universal service fund contribution factor for the first quarter (January-March) of 2018 will be 0.195 or 19.5 percent.
