USAC requires the assistance of a qualified employee benefits Contractor to: (1) promptly learn and understand the existing benefits programs offered to USAC employees in 2015; (2) administer and support USAC benefits programs; (3) compare benefits programs with current industry offerings, including comparison of terms, prices and scope of coverage for other providers; (4) make recommendations regarding changes to existing benefits programs; and (5) conduct annual procurements for benefits programs for the succeeding calendar year. USAC reserves the right to post additional information concerning this procurement and modify the request and/or one or more of the dates listed above, and in such event, it will post a notice to the USAC website. Contractors are responsible for regularly checking the USAC website for notices concerning this procurement. USAC is not responsible for notifying any contractor of the existence of such notices or the results of a contractor failing to check the website to obtain such notices.
