RFP: HC-20-077 National Wire Center Boundaries
USAC is seeking a collaborative, best-in-class Geographical Information System (GIS) contractor to provide nationwide Wire Center Boundaries. Wire Center Boundaries are the basic element of telecommunications geography and are the geographic area served by telecommunication equipment within a central office. These elements describe the organization of the local telephone exchange system; each Wire Center serves a unique set of telephone numbers within a specific geographic area.
