Invoicing
Under the COVID-19 Telehealth Program, disbursements will be issued directly to the participating health care providers (HCPs), rather than to the service providers or vendors that provide the eligible services and/or connected devices to participating HCPs. Once the HCP(s) provide receipt of and payment for eligible services and/or connected devices, the entity that submitted the application and receiving the funding, or the funding recipient, may begin to submit invoices for those eligible services and/or connected devices to the FCC on a monthly basis.
