Registration

Registration is closed.

Have your Billed Entity Number (BEN) or Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) available when registering. You can look up your BEN here. You can look up your SPIN here.

Registration is complimentary and space is limited to the first 150 registrants.

 

Accommodations and Transportation

Hotel

• Rooms are available for a discounted rate of $129 (single/double). The last day to reserve rooms at this discounted rate is September 15, 2009, so please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible.
• For hotel reservations, please call 310-337-2800 or 1-800-468-3571 and provide the group code USAUSAA.

Transportation

• Self parking is available at the hotel for $23 per day; valet parking is available for $29 per day.
• A complimentary shuttle runs every 15 minutes from the airport 24 hours a day. Look for the Ocean Blue buses picking up passengers under the red 'Hotel Transportation' sign outside baggage claim.
