Webinar (Service Provider)

A weekly check-in webinar is available for service providers that participate in the Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program.

Visit the Subscription Center to sign up for the service provider email list (select the checkbox, "SL Program service providers") to receive webinar reminders via email.


Select a date below to register for a webinar. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to join the webinar.


The agenda will be provided via email prior to each webinar. We'll discuss a variety of topics of interest to service providers/vendors, including:

  • Topics by audience request (submit yours by noon on Friday using the "Questions and Comments" section of the registration form)
  • Program updates
  • Open audience Q&A

The webinar is not recorded; minutes/slides will not be posted after the event. However, the 2016 Monthly Webinar Minutes, 2015 Webinar Minutes and the 2014 Webinar Minutes are available in the All Training Events archive; older events are listed on the archived Conference Calls page.

Equipment and Set-Up

To participate, you'll need:

  • To meet the minimum system requirements,
  • A computer or mobile device with an Internet connection, and
  • Computer speakers and microphone (optional). Participants may use a telephone as an alternative to the computer's speakers.
