Join USAC for our live training webinars provided throughout the year for E-rate Program participants. We will share program updates and essential guidance to help participants learn about and successfully navigate the program. During each webinar, the audience will have the opportunity to take part in a live question and answer session with members of the Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program team.

  • Tuesday, September 19, 2017, 3:00 ET – Navigating the E-rate Invoicing Process – Register/Join
    This webinar will provide guidance for applicants and service providers on the E-rate Program's invoicing process, including guidance on filing FCC Forms 472 (BEAR), FCC Forms 474 (SPI), and electronic invoicing for service providers.

    We will explain how you should prepare for invoicing and provide tips to ensure a successful process. You will learn about form filing, invoice deadlines and how to request a deadline extension when needed.
