Join USAC for our live training webinars provided throughout the year for E-rate Program participants. We will share program updates and essential guidance to help participants learn about and successfully navigate the program. During each webinar, the audience will have the opportunity to take part in a live question and answer session with members of the Schools and Libraries (E-rate) Program team.

  • Wednesday, August 9, 2017, 3:00 PM ET – Service Provider Training Highlights – Register/Join
    This training is exclusively for service providers who have direct involvement and day-to-day management of the E-rate Program for their organizations. If you attended the July 25, 2017 training in Dallas, Texas and would like to hear some of the topics covered again or you were unable to attend, this webinar is for you.
  • Tuesday, August 15, 2017, 3:00 PM ET – E-rate Training for BeginnersRegister/Join 

    This webinar is tailored for new E-rate participants or anyone who needs a refresher on basic program information.
