Information Changes

The Project Coordinator or Associate Project Coordinator should notify the Project Coach by email of any vendor contact information changes. The coach will enter the information changes in the contact log.

If an address change needs to be made, the vendor should contact USAC’s Customer Operations at (888) 641-8722.
