Post Funding Year 2002 Form 465 before June 2, 2003

Funding Year 2002 Form 465 must be posted by June 2, 2003
in order to complete the 28-day posting period and be eligible for funding for
the funding year, which concludes on June 30. Form 465s received after that
date will be ineligible for support and will not be posted.Applicants are urged
to submit Funding Year 2002 Form 466/468 packets as soon as possible.

Funding Year 2002 concludes on June 30, 2003. Applicants
who have not yet done so are urged to file Form 465 with RHCD as soon as possible
to ensure that they may receive some funding. Since applicants are only eligible
for support from the 29th day of their 465 being posted on the RHCD website,
the form must be posted by June 2, 2003 to receive support.
