The filing window for the Telecommunications and Internet Access Programs is now open for Funding Year (FY) 2013. Eligible health care providers may submit an FCC Form 465 (Description of Services Requested and Certification Form) to begin the competitive bidding process in advance of the start of the funding year.

  • FY2013 is from July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014
  • FY2012 is from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013

The application process for the Healthcare Connect Fund (HCF) for FY2013 will be available in late summer 2013, for funding beginning on January 1, 2014.

Funding Year 2011
