Site Visits Mission
USAC's Site Visit Outreach Initiative was developed to give USAC insight into how organizations across America are managing and making use of Universal Service Fund support. This will allow USAC to better administer the Universal Service Fund. In particular, these visits will help USAC:
- Identify best practices to share with other program participants.
- Identify examples of how health care facilities are leveraging Universal Service Fund support to provide health care services, including telehealth, to their customers.
- Solicit suggestions on ways for USAC to improve its outreach and education efforts.
- Educate recipients on the USAC resources available to help them better manage Universal Service Fund support.
