Conference Call Agenda
September 8, 2005

On this month’s conference call, Rural Health Care Program Staff announced a new fax number (973-599-6514) that should be used to send in supporting documentation and other correspondence. This new number allows the program to receive documents in a digital format.

Rural Health Care Program staff also announced that over the next several months the website was being redesigned. The new design will present information more clearly and will be easily navigated. The staff also called for applicants and service providers to send in their Form 467 and invoices for FY2004.

The monthly outreach Conference Call for applicants and service providers will be held on September 8, 2005 at 2 p.m.

If you would like to submit a topic for discussion to add to the agenda, please send an e-mail. Participants may begin calling in 10 minutes before the call begins.

Conference Call Guidelines

(1) Please use your mute button if you are not asking a question on the call; with the large number of call-ins this should cut down on the background interference noise.
(2) If you don't have a mute button, hit *6 which acts as a mute.
(3) Please be sure to mute your phone in one of the above ways if you are using a cell phone.
(4) If you have music on hold, please do NOT put the conference call on hold.
(5) Please be courteous to others on the phone; try to listen to questions as they may be relevant to you at some point.
(6) Please avoid side conversations, which can be picked up by your phone's microphone.
(7) Please let RHC know if you have trouble with the connection, so we can try to reach the operator.
