RHCD stated they expect to have the new application forms for FY2005 ready and posted on the web in early July. Once again, these new forms will require a FCC Registration Number and applicants were encouraged to get this number from the FCC site before attempting to file their FY 2005 Form 466 and Form 466-A(s). RHCD further stated that a notice would be placed on the website indicating their availability. RHCD staff also reiterated that June 30, 2005 was the last day forms 466 and 466-A would be accepted for FY 2004. Also on the call, RHCD staff encouraged callers to provide suggestions for process improvements and restated that audits of beneficiaries would take place in 2005 and that applicants would be notified if they were selected for such an audit.
