RHCD staff noted on this month’s call that the official application forms for 2005 had not yet been approved by OMB. It is expected that this approval will be given shortly. Until then, applicants must use the 2004 Form 465 until the new forms are approved. Applicants must further wait until the 2005 Form 466 is approved by OMB before submitting their form 466 for 2005. RHCD also reminded applicants again that FCC registration numbers would be necessary for the 2005 funding year. Applicants and consultants may obtain these numbers at the FCC’s website.

RHCD staff asked participants in this months call for suggestions for process improvements. RHCD staff will conduct their semi-annual process improvement retreat the week of June 13th and suggestions or comments are very welcome.
