Conference Call Minutes
March 10, 2005

The conference call for this month centered on activities to close out previous funding years and to promote the upcoming Funding Year 2005. Applicants were reminded that there were still several Form 467s for FY2003 that need to be submitted and that FY2004 closes June 30, 2005. RHCD will not be able to accept FY2004 Form 466s or 466-As after that date. Applicants were reminded that the comment period for the recent NPRM (including the percentage of Internet support) would close April 8, 2005 and reply comments would be due 30 days later, by May 9, 2005.

RHCD also reminded applicants that FCC registration numbers would be necessary for the 2005 funding year. Applicants and consultants may obtain these numbers at the FCC’s website. Lastly, RHCD stated that it expects to open the filing window for FY 2005 in mid to late April.
