RHCD has received over 1,100 Form 465s for FY2004. Of this total, nearly 1000 have posted electronically. Also, applications are up over this time last year by 30%.

RHCD staff stated that FY2002 was being wrapped up and that outreach for FY2003 was underway for applicants who have yet to submit Forms 466 and 467 for FY2003. A letter has been mailed to applicants who fall in this category. Currently RHCD is considering early September as the cut off date for FY2003 packets. Applicants who have yet to submit a FY 2003 Form 466 and/or Form 467 are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. If you have questions are need help please call our help line at 1-800-229-5476.

RHCD staff mentioned again that USAC’s Internal Audit Division will be conducting random audits for FY2003. These random audits will include a physical site visit. HCP’s will be notified in advance if they are selected for this audit.

Finally, at the request of callers RHCD has added a series of graphs that illustrate the status of all current funding years for all applications. These graphs will be updated once a month and can be found under the “Tools” section of the RHC website by selecting “Packet Status Report”. The graphs are distributed in PDF format and can be found in the upper left hand box entitled, “Downloaded Reports.” Click here to go there immediately.
