1. Year 2 Closeout

• All FCLs have been sent.

• Some Form 467s are still outstanding

• Many Support Schedules went out in last 30 days. It is critical to invoice USAC ASAP

• All transactions for Year 2 must be completed and reconciled before 3/31/01.

2. Year 3 Form 466/468s - Changed from Year 2, to reflect rule changes. Do not just copy Year 2 forms.

3. Year 4 Opening - March 26, 2001, Form 465 will be available on website (must use Year 4 Form).

• Forms 466/468 under review at FCC, will be available in April. Few changes from year 3.
