Rural Health Care Program Applicant Training: Salt Lake City, UT
This fall, join USAC at a complimentary two-day training for applicants who participate in the Universal Service Fund's Rural Health Care (RHC) Program.
Day One - Pilot Program: Panel discussions on several issues Pilot participants are working through (such as Sustainability Plans). The second half of the day will be spent on training/discussion about transitioning from the Pilot program into the primary RHC program.
Day Two - New Applicants (Primary Program): Training for health care providers who are NEW to the primary RHC program, with less than two years of experience in the program.

Accommodations and Transportation
Hotel:
Rooms are available for a discounted rate of $129 (single/double). The last day to reserve rooms at the discounted rate is Monday, October 4, 2010.

Transportation:
This hotel does not provide shuttle service to/from the airport. Valley Shuttle provides transportation between the hotel and Salt Lake City International Airport.
On-site parking is $13 daily; valet parking is $16 daily.

Agenda
The purpose of the Rural Health Care Pilot Program training is to provide participants with the information they will need to complete the administrative process of the pilot program and make their project successful. A detailed agenda is forthcoming.

Registration for the training is complimentary.
Space is limited to the first 50 registrants. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
