Lifeline Program carriers are invited to a workshop in Washington, DC, to provide feedback about the initialization plan, features, and more, of the National Lifeline Accountability Database (NLAD). Carriers may participate on-site, or attend the meeting virtually, via live webcast.
The content of this event builds off presentations made at prior workshops. Please review the slides or recordings from the other NLAD workshops in the Online Learning Library in preparation for this event.

As a virtual attendee, you will be able to see live video of the presenters and the slides they are presenting. You will have the ability to ask questions during the event, but due to the volume of online participants, not all questions can be addressed.

Self-parking at the FHI 360 Conference Center is $16 daily. Enter the Universal South Garage on Florida Avenue NW, between Connecticut Avenue NW and T Street NW. The address for the parking garage is 2005 Florida Avenue NW, Washington, DC, 20009. The garage is open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The conference center is four blocks (0.3 miles) north of the Dupont Circle Metro station on the Red Line. When exiting the Metro, be sure to use the Q Street (North) exit, and walk up Connecticut Avenue NW.
Guests are not required to check in with the security guard in the lobby if they arrive after 8:00 AM. Guests are also not required to check in with the receptionist on the eighth floor.

Registration does not guarantee hotel accommodations. Individuals must contact a hotel separately for room reservations.
If you have any special needs, including meal restrictions, inform USAC at least one week prior to the training.
