Dates/Deadlines
The special Hurricane Katrina window for schools, libraries, and consortia
is now open and closes at 11:59 pm ET on December 13, 2005.
Other Schools and Libraries Filing Deadlines
Consistent with the Katrina Waiver Order (DA 05-2484, released September 21,
2005) the following filings must be received no later than
January
26, 2006:
- Appeals
- 7-day procedure for requesting information
- Invoicing deadlines (Form
472 – Billed Entity Applicant Reimbursement
and Form 474 – Service Provider Invoice)
- Form 486 deadlines (Receipt
of Service Confirmation)
- Service delivery deadlines
- Service delivery extension request deadlines
- Service Provider Identification
Number (SPIN) change deadlines
- Service substitution request deadlines
- Equipment transfer notifications
- COMAD (commitment adjustment) deadlines
(this will halt any actions that would lead to the turning on the Red Light
Rule and DCIA transfers).
- Red Light Rule dismissal of applications
