Documentation / certification requirements

Applicants requesting relief under the FY2006 Hurricane Katrina Window Order (released March 1, 2006) must make certifications or provide additional documentation to USAC. All applicants should refer first to the How to Apply section of this website for specific guidance on each of these situations.
