The special Hurricane Katrina window for schools, libraries, and consortia is now open and closes at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 2, 2006.

If an applicant must file a new Form 470 for Funding Year 2006, that Form 470 must be POSTED to the USAC website on or before September 4, 2006 to comply with the 28-day waiting period. Requests for waivers of the “Two-in-Five” Rule for FY2006 Internal Connections must be received by USAC or postmarked by October 2, 2006.
