Lifeline
Consumer must apply for the Lifeline benefit of a free wireless handset and at least 300 minutes of use by June 1, 2006.

ETCs must submit a support claim for the Hurricane Katrina Lifeline support, including revisions to earlier submissions, to USAC by July 17, 2006.

Link Up
Consumers must apply for the Link Up discount at their temporary or permanent residence by March 1, 2007.

ETCs must submit a support claim for the Hurricane Katrina Link Up support, including revisions to earlier submissions, to USAC by April 13, 2007.
