All eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) - rural, non-rural, and competitors - are subject to component-specific certification requirements that have a direct impact on those carriers' receipt of High Cost support.  To see if USAC has received your October 1 Use Certification, IAS Certification, or ICLS Certification, please query the database below.

USAC would like to thank everyone for their patience while High Cost upgrades our certification website search tool. Please refer to the spreadsheets below for the final listing of received 2009-2010 ICLS and IAS certifications. The "Missing Filer Report" is the comprehensive listing of any carrier who had filed certifications in past years, but did not file for the 2009-2010 program years.
