Bankruptcy

There are two types of bankruptcy payments:

• Bankruptcy Administrative Payments
• Bankruptcy Recovery Payments

Bankruptcy Administrative Payments

These payments should be treated as regular payments and submitted to USAC using the instructions on the Payment Instructions page.

Bankruptcy Recovery Payments

Bankruptcy Recovery Payments should be mailed directly to USAC, with attention to our legal department for review.
