If you have problems applying, we suggest you call your telecommunications company directly, as USAC does not have regulatory authority over them.
If your telecommunications company does not give you the assistance you need, please contact your state public utility commission, which has jurisdiction over them.
If you have contacted your telecommunications company and state public utility commission and continue to have problems, please email us and we will try to help you.
Lifeline Program-supported service is available for one telephone line per eligible household. If you have information about a household receiving more than one discounted telephone service, please call the FCC Lifeline Fraud Tip Line at (855) 455-8477 or via email.
